Ayurmahotsav 2025 is a dedicated event for Ayurveda professionals, including students, practitioners, and PG students (Delegates), as well as Ayurvedic pharmaceutical companies (Exhibitors). This website facilitates event registrations and fee payments.

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for delegate registration must be made through the authorized payment gateway on the website. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

If the event is canceled by the organizers, refunds will be credited within 30 working days.

Event Code of Conduct

All Delegates and Exhibitors must adhere to the event’s rules and maintain decorum during the event. Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of event policies may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with regulatory standards and adhere to all relevant laws and guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The content, logo, materials, and all intellectual property related to Ayurmahotsav 2025 are the exclusive property of Ayurvidhya Foundation. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of event materials, branding, or digital content is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in legal action.

Ayurvidhya Foundation is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or technical disruptions that may occur during the event or while accessing the website.
